• Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the Client, except for third-party tools, libraries, or licenses used in the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
• Upon termination, the Client is responsible for paying for completed work and any outstanding dues.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Sri Lanka.
