Refund Policy

At Softmint Software Solutions (Private) Limited, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are applicable only for services explicitly covered under a signed agreement.
    • Refunds will not be provided for services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Clients must request a refund within 7 days of project commencement for eligible services.
    • Refunds will be processed only after reviewing the work completed and understanding the reasons for dissatisfaction.
  3. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Payments made for custom software development, hosting, third-party integrations, or any service already delivered are non-refundable.
    • Milestone payments for partially completed work are also non-refundable.
  4. Conditions for Termination:
    • If the project is canceled by the client before completion, Softmint Software Solutions reserves the right to deduct fees for work already completed.
  5. Refund Timeline:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
